Welcome to Henwick Vets!

We are open 8am- 6.30pm Monday- Friday and Saturday morning 8am- 11.30am however; you MUST ring first and make an appointment.

Due to Covid-19 we have had to make significant changes in how we are dealing with cases.
We are not able to do open surgeries at the moment and ALL clients must have an appointment, we are playing catch up and are incredibly busy but, we are trying our best to advise you and see pets where needed.

If you feel your pet needs an appointment please call us on 01905 424374 and we will be able to advise you further. We will continue to assist you in every possible way we can and ensure that all pets in distress are seen and treated accordingly.

All payments are to be taken over the phone immediately after treatment.

Should your pet need repeat medication please call us, we are currently taking orders over the phone, as well as payment. This is to ensure that we are abiding by social distancing rules and minimal contact is required. This is to keep you and our staff safe.

Please when you are attending the surgery, call us from the car park, telling us which bay you are parked within and remain within your car- we will come out to see you at a safe distance and instruct you as to how to proceed.

We are now taking bookings one week at a time for our Booster Clinics which are currently on Saturday afternoons at a discounted price.
They’ve been a great success so far and bookings will open on the Monday of that week for fairness of all, we are working hard to catch up with them all.

It will be appointment only and will be booked in advance, please call 01905 424374 to book.

It will be only for Boosters, no other checks, healthy Pets only- it will be a quick, one in, one out service.

Contactless card payments will be taken at the time.

Please come to outside the main doors a few minutes before your appointment.

Dogs must have good harnesses and leads on.

Cats must be in a secure carrier.

Phones will not be answered.

This is open to all Boosters that are now due or overdue for existing clients only.

Staff will take your vaccination card and furry friend into the surgery, you will wait outside.

Please have your card ready to pay to make this service as successful and efficient as possible.

We hope you’ll take advantage of Saturday afternoons to help us get back on top of those overdue Boosters.

*Our morning surgery will still happen as normal for other appointments, 8am- 11am, but will still need to be booked in advance. Phones will be answered between these times.*
